From rebuilding a stronger relationship with my daughter to surrendering my struggle with alcohol and adopting clean eating practices, I’ve experienced firsthand the profound impact of nurturing the body, mind, and spirit.
Now, as a qualified health coach, I am passionate about helping others navigate their own wellness journeys by offering guidance, encouragement, and faith-centered support.

Starting with a discovery call, we explore your unique concerns and come up with a personalized plan that fits your goals and your individual lifestyle, and goes at your own pace, addressing your specific points of resistance.
Meeting every two weeks via virtually or in-person –this goes for both the three month and six month package.
Sessions can be online or in-person for people based in the Macomb, Michigan area
